Senior Lean Transformation Consultant with extensive experience across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, and higher education. Chris has over 30 years of leadership, management, quality engineering, and lean process improvement experience. Chris has developed and delivered lean training workshops for thousands of professionals, facilitated scores of rapid improvement events (kaizens), trained and coached Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt students, and provided consultation to businesses in the US and abroad. Chris has also pioneered an innovative process improvement methodology that combines lean and anti-racism principles to help organizations improve racial equity right alongside performance outcomes like productivity, quality, delivery, and safety. Chris has also earned a Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University and written articles and blogs for leading trade publications.
